Community Pool Reservations & Party Rules
Members in good standing may reserve the community’s pool and pavilion for events using the procedure described in the Pool/Pavilion Party Rules (PDF, rev 2012).
Leasing Forms
If you would like to lease your home in Kedron Hills, you will find rules and guidelines for leasing below (these guidelines became effective April 10, 2009). To learn more, start with the “Statement of Intent.” If you choose to lease your home, complete the leasing permit and submit to the KHHA directors. When you have found a tenant, use the Leasing agreements to ensure compliance.

- Statement of Intent – provides an overview of the problem we’re trying to fix with the proposed amendments;
- Amendments to the CCRs – provides a legal framework for leasing in Kedron Hills;
- Leasing Permit – used to request permission to lease;
- Hardship Leasing Request – used to request permission in special cases where you are forced to move;
- Leasing Agreement – a sample agreement to be used between you (as the lessor) and your tenant (the lessee).
